Jet kits Honda Trx450r?

I have an 05 Honda Trx450r with a full yoshi exhaust.
Do i need to get it re jetted?
Do i need a jet kit(or jets?)
Is there a difference between jets and a jet kit?
Can i use and Fmf jet kit even though i got a yoshi?
