Can i use regular or do i HAVE to use premium

You can use regular but it will knock and ping. Otherwise it will run. Just not very well.

Yes it will not affect you mileage. Its just something they put in your owners manual. It might ping awhile if you have been using premium all along but it will stop.

It WILL affect your milage. You pay more but get more milage as it's more filtered/refined.
ALSO if you want your nice car in good shape, use premium.
