Default Good deal on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt?

I'm buying a car on my own for the first time. I found a deal on a used 2006 yellow Cobalt LS Coupe. It has 26,000 miles on it, is automatic, doesn't have power window or a power lock. It's marked down to $11,900 and offers 2.9% APR financing rate (which is important to me).
Is this a pretty good deal? I haven't driven it yet, so I'm not sure how it runs, but I would assume it would be fine.
Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

I work at a dealership. Yeah, that's a good deal. The financing comes from it being a Certified Used Car, which will also give you a 5 yr, 100000 mile powertrain warranty and a discount on a GMPP warranty if you want one.

Be warned though that it is most likely a rental return if its that new and has that kind of miles on it.

sounds good just make sure you get the free history report on the vehicle. and the motor should be fine because the belts and coolant are good for 100,000-150,000 miles. just keep it maintained and you'll have a really nice first purchase.
