My 1999 Saab 93 won't take freon?

My 1999 Saab 93 won't take freon?

I have no A/C, replaced A/C condensor. when trying to recharge the pressure goes to red on gauge, the Compressor isn't kicking in and out? any Help?
I mean r134(WHOOPS)
