I have a 88 Mazda RX7 does it have a metal sunroof?
Hi first off thanks in advance to anyone who answers my question. Alright I have a 1988 Mazda RX-7 that I just purchased and it is missing the sunroof. Well I don't have a garage and I want to fix it ASAP because I don't want to have a tarp on the roof forever. Does this car take a metal sunroof as replacement? If so what involves the mounting and instillation? Is there a mounting kit that I need to have with certain screws? It looks like the metal hinges are still there just missing the metal cover. It's all factory. Thanks.

they used to have a metal sunroof made by a company called Webasto very complicated mechanisim if you can not find one at the wreckers it is going to be expensive at the dealer i mean stealership. One alternative might be to fit an aftermarket one the is larger than the original hole in your roof good luck!
