i'd estimate $1000 dollars. that's $90/hr labor plus parts. about ten hours for labor and 60-100 for the gasket i believe. and yes the head may be warped as well. if you have another car you can drive in the down time i say try the repair yourself as it will save you lots of money and you may or may not find out if the head is warped. that's what my friend and i did for his civic, his head was warped and we saved a lot of money by doing the work ourselves. plus, you'll learn a thing or two about repairing in the future.
