what tire size should go on my 17x7 rims on celica 2001?

I just bought a 17x7 rims and not sure what size of tires should i put on it. My car is 2001 celica gt.

Also I am wondering if i am going to customize my wheels on my car will it affect anything? Because i went to Costco and they said they will only put tire on rims not on my car because i am customizing my wheels.
