Is buyin a 1999 bmw 323i with this many minor work problems worth it?

I found a 1999 bmw 323i with about 134k miles for about $4800. However it is has the following problems:

a) it needs a rear bumper cover
b) the passenger seat does not recline
c) the passenger window is off track
d) the driver side door handle on the outside is broken
e) the gas guage does not work.

Does any one have any idea how much it will cost for any of the problems above???

This is definitely a car you want to stay away from, even in perfect condition.

Early batches (1999/2000) of E46 cars have many problems relating to chassis (subframe) and transmission (automatic).

Save your money.
