Default passenger doors do not lock and the passenger windows dont go down?

The passenger side windowns and doors will not go down or lock. What do I need to look at? I cant find a fuse that belongs to them. Also my dimmer light will always be on unless i turn it all the way down and off. So now all my radio and spedometer lights have to be turned off just so my overhead push lights will stay off. Any help

Buy a new car that 1 sound jacked up!
Take it to get it fixed, I bet you couldent fix it anyways.
Pull the windows up and down by hand.
Only drive in the day if your light dont work!
