Default how to work for bmw or mercedes dealership?

what is the best way to get a job working at a bmw or mercedes benz dealership. I am currently a college business student and I want to go into the dealership industry some day in the future.

Well you should go with a resume to your local dealerships I suppose.

Also check if they have career pages on the websites for BMX or Mercedez in your country.
