I am looking to buy an Audi A4 1.8T Quattro?

I am looking to buy an Audi A4 1.8T Quattro B5 but I ve heard that there is a difference between models. The models before 2000 has an engine of 150 bhp 1.8T Quat. and the models 2001 and after has an engine of 163 bhp 1.8T Quat. Is that true that the horsepowers are different and what is the difference between these engines ? Thanx

go to www.edmunds.com and click on research, then search for both these cars and look up the specs, you can compare both year models. Good luck
