How do I program a Remote Keyless Entry for a 2003 Buick Rendezvous?

Please help. I just bought a duplicate remote keyless entry on my 2003 Buick Rendezvous. To program it, the dealer was charging me $50! I know there's someone out there that knows how. Please help! Thanks a Million.
