compare smart car and new beetle, comments are welcome.?

Any comments regarding the maintenance costs of both cars.

Smart cars aren't that smart if you look at the specs on them. The Smart car takes only 93 octane that's the expensive stuff now-a-days. And they have very low horsepower so accelerating is slow. You can only carry 2 peeps and insurance is high cause they are so small.

The Smart car can fit into very small parking places though and they are very different to look at.

New Beetle more room, more power, mileage isn't that bad since it takes 87 octane and the Insurance is good.
