I ask,I purchased a 2006 Grand Vitara new,from 7/14/06 to 12/19 2007,after two months of purchased the vehicle wouldnt start,November 2007 It wouldnt start,since I purchased this vehicle nothing but mechanical problems,I contact the dealership Quality Suzuki who never service this vehicle,in which I have on papers work.I was informed by Suzuki sale consultant that my problems was that the manufactor had problems with the 2005 engine in which I was not informed,and the 2005 engine was put into a new 2006 truck and sold to me,the manufacture stated that it is COMMON PRACTISE,I feltedSuzuki felted its ok to put a defected engine into my are this could happen to you,How would you feel,once you find out that Suzuki dearlership Quality lie to you,and the warranty was just a piece of paper that you never recieved service for,so therefore the engine didnt get servic from where I bought it,therefore,this commod practise to put a 2005 engine into this 2006 truck is common,Japanee call us dum ? ?
