 traded a car . Car dealership has yet to pay off the car we traded in. it has been a month can we sue? we traded in a car that we still owed money on. The dealership said they would pay the car off in ten days. it has been a month they still have not paid our other car off. this is going to mess up our credit. We have called to no avail. can we sue the car dealership? we feel this is fruad      |
