How do you decide which car salesperson you would buy a car from ?

If you go to more then one dealership and looked at several different cars all the same make, model, and price, and all the vehicles are availible for you at all the dealerships. How do you determine which salesperson you were going to make your purchase from? What do you look for in a salesperson when buying a vehicle?

look for the one that listens to your needs and concerns and one that is honest and up front about everything. they do exist..i know, i was one. if the salesman is taking the time to listen to what you have to say and isn't trying to jam you into a car they choose for you, then thats the guy you want to deal with. its good to develop a relationship that can span years, loyal customers usually get better deals than everyone else.
