'06 Fully Loaded Lexus LS430 or base model LS460?

I'm buying one of these cars. the '06 LS430 is about $30k, the '07 LS460 is about $40k. I really don't want to spend more than $30k, but is the LS460 worth the extra money?

I can get the LS430 fully loaded with every option for $10k less than the base model LS460? I know they look different but I like both so that doesn't matter. And the LS460 does perform better but that doesn't matter either.

which would you get, regardless of what people will think.
