Default I have a 1999 acura cl and the transmission was rebuilt 32000 miles ago...

...should the shop who did it cover it ? It was rebuilt due it sliping out of second gear.so the service was done. Now at 140000 miles the transmission slips when i stop at a stop sign and and hit the gas the car kinda revs up moves slowley then jumps and acts regular i can clearly see the rpm's going up to about four thousand then drop.

No, they shouldn't cover it. 10,000 mile warranty would be possible on rebuild, 25,000 exceptional.

Most rebuilt transmissions are only guaranteed to 90 days or 1000 miles.

check the fluid level first... you went over a 100thousand.. that is good service ..for a repair.. most shops only gaurantee 90 days.. i think they did a good job i would go back to them again .. they have my confidence..
