Default Suzuki Scrum

I have just bought a New Suzuki Scrum minivan for my wife and i wanna pimp it up a little so i need to know if its legal to change the signal lights who are orange now to white glasses and then put in blue light bulbs. Or green for that mather if that's more legal.

So my question is simply is it legal to do so or not. I have seen quite a few cars in cebu area with blue signal lights, so that's where i got the idea from. Of course i will also put blue lights under the car in the future too.
