Default i bought a new reman engine for my 94 f150 need advice?

i bought a new engine for my 94 f150 and the people that built the engine put a cam in the engine that makes me have a diffrent firing order can any one tell me if i have to change computers because of this change
orig firing order was 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
new firing order is1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
