Default Throttle body spacer?

i have a 1992 5.7L tbi chevy k1500. ive already installed a cold air intake and i would like to replace the foam padding K&N gave me as the throttle body spacer and put one that seems a little more legit. ive heard they dont do much but i dont care really. anythings better than foam. i was told that Airaid Poweraid was the way to go. any tips anyone?
