 question about buying items on eBay? im bidding on a set of tail lights for my car and the im the leading bidder at only $4.50 and the shipping is free. theres only 1 hour left in the auction. if i end up winning for a super cheap price is the seller obligated to sell me the tail lights or can they refuse?      |
