 Car deal!! PLEASE HELP!!!? I traded in my car for a bigger vehicle two weeks ago. Signed all the paperwork and everything. Switched my stuff around and left. I got a call from the dealership today saying there was a problem with my financing and they were going to try a couple other financing options and let me know. Is the paperwork I signed not a legally binding contract between me and the dealership? Will they be able to take the new vehicle I got back even though I have upheld me end of the deal and done everything they had asked? I already cancelled all the insurance, gap protection and warranty on the old car and transferred everything to the new one and since they have yet to pay off my old car that account has assessed a late fee and they are calling wanting paid. What should I do?      |
