Default My 98 Ford F150 Will not start? Stopped on The highway?

My F150 4.6 V8 Stopped while going down the hightway. I have replaced the battery,starter and fuel pump as suggested yesterday. I turn the key all dash lights light up fuel pump is humming but will not click or start. The motor will not do anything or turn over I think it is a electrical compontant
