I need legal advice on a used car with rolled back mileage?

Today I purchased a used 95 Ford Explorer, Odometer and ad both said the vehicle had 97,625 miles. I thought wow! i better jump on this...It was an ignorant thought...after he signed over the title and left I began to go through the "pile" of paperwork and found an Odometer reading of 197,625!!!!!!! I know it was a DUMB move on my part, is there anything i can do now? I called the guys house and his sister told me he knew about the odometer change but he did not do it...Lies, lies lies...I have already called a "lemon" lawyer..The car isnt worth that much...but its the principle of it all and I want my money back...can I do it?
