What Is Wrong With My Air Suspension System? 1988 Lincoln?

I have a 1988 linlocn Mark vii, bliss blas edition. i hear the compresser vibrating, but the front left side is leaning ans sagging. it wont go as high as the other three sides. When i first got the vehicle i raised the car without pressing the "off" button for the suspension in the back. i tried turning it off and driving at the same time but it just made that side drop all the way to the point where it was touching the tire. i have 2 extra struts, but im not sure if they are broke,. they were in the trunk when i bought it. somones please help. and also should i raise my sensors?? if so how would i do that?
