 Car purchasing agreement? i bought a car for 650. i gave 500 up front and agreed to pay the other 150 when i had the money.. i signed a hand written bill of sale that stated that.. there was no specific date on the bill of sale and now the seller is saying it is notarized...and wants the rest by the 12 of november. can you notarize a document without both parties being present? she is saying if i dont have the money she will repo the car and she isnt a dealer or anything... can that happen? i feel like im getting screwed.      |
