 Can I repossess my vehicle? I own an SUV. It is registered in my name and there is an outstanding loan on it. For the past year my friend has been driving and insuring it and paying the loan payments. She paid 2 payments 2 months ago. One was a back pymt and one was the current. She is now behind 30 days again. I know I can pick it up anytime cause it is in my name, but are there any civil ramifications?      |
