 1996 Dodge Avenger Transmission? Hello, I have a 1996 Dodge Avenger with an auto transmission and 4cyl motor. It went into limp mode one day while driving down the road and can't figure out why. If the car is cold, the transmission will shift fine until it hit normal running temp and then it goes back to limp in mode. You can pull over and cut the car off for 3 mins and it will shift fine up to 3rd gear. I have changed the fluid and all of the speed sensors. Is there anything else I could try before I look into a new transmission? Thank you      |
