Hi-speed 4wd all the time? I have a Mitsubishi Pajero with 2 wheel and 4 wheel modes. Why shouldn't I just drive in High speed 4wd all the time?

No, only use the 4wd when road conditions require it. Using your 2wd saves fuel and won't affect your performance under good driving conditions.
