Default 2000 Buick Lasabre Blinker?

Just bought a 2000 Buick Lesabre (Custom)
Everything is perfect on it, 133K miles, Works in perfect condition.

Blinker says it stays on...The arrow just stays there and it says "Turn Signal still on" The left blinker goes really fast, and the right goes really slow.....but both blinkers are working, in the front and in the back.

What could it be? The fuse box or something is off?

K thanks, 10 points to best answer!
