1995 Suzuki sidekick 16 valve 4 CY jx with 13000 miles?

i have a 1995 Suzuki sidekick 16 valve 4 CY jx with 13000 miles it starts and runs but evert time i give it gas it bogs down on me and when i let my foot of the gas it straighting up could it be my fuel pump?
