98 Dodge Durango Squeaky front end?

Ok so i have a 4x4 durango with a very squeaky front end. At first i was thinking shocks but if i get out and jump on the front end theres no squeak, if i sit in the car and drive over a speed bump or just turn the tires back and forth it squeaks. ( no its not my belts or ball joints i replaced them) so im thinking control arm bushings. i have not checked to see if they are grease- able, but i dont think they are. my question to you is how tough of a job am i looking at replacing the control arm bushings, because i am hearing mixed answers. I have replaced the lower ball joints and that was a task so am i looking at an equally hard job or harder? will i need special tools like the ball joint press or something else?
