Default oil pressure too low 2004 porsche cayenne s?

ok so i was driving the car and put the shift to minus so i can get up the RPM while going like 20 mph i think i got it to like 4 or 5 and i accelerated and floored it a couple times just to like have fun a little and test it out because its my first time shifting RPM

so im driving later and it says oil pressure too low or something like that next to speedometer then it went away

is it because of the RPM shifting? and is this bad?

what should i do
