i have a world rally blue subaru STI ok 3 of my friends have the exact same car?

mine how ever is ALL stock well i was on the highway with them speed limit was 55 i thought it was 60 well. i was going 60 and my cars 3mph so i was going 57. well i just spun a bearing so i was in 6th gear going slow so i can get off an exit well i got off the exit and i got pulled over. i got a citation for Speeding! he sed he radared me at 71 and the ticket says 72 in a 55 he told me he was gonna hit me for altered exhaust and i told him it was stock and then he goes in front of my car to look at intercooler but i didnt have 1 so. he walked back to his car and wrote me a citation but iwas not speeding it was actually one of the other kids speeding. what are the odds of me loosing if i fight this in court cuz thats kinda bs cuz i was not speeding!
