BMW e36 Millage Lifespan?

well i really "LOVE" the BMW e36 coupe'
my friend has one for sale that i'm thinking about
everything works great although it has 130,000, Miles on it
and i could get this car or a brand new kia cerato koup
its new but not a kia any help ????
