 how much weight can I tow with a 2.3 ltr. dohc 4cyl 4X2 2001 ford ranger? I am driving from NM to SC in about a month and plan on pulling a 4x8 uhaul trailer on a aftermarket tow hitch. I need to know what rating tow hitch to get I don't see a point in buying a 6000 lb. weight capacity tow hitch if my truck can only pull 3000 lbs. I will probally just have cloths and small things in the trailer nothing much. if anyone knows what the rating is or knows a web sight that has the specs for the 2.3 ltr. I would appreciate any help thanks.      |
