Default are there any parts from a 1996 bmw 740iL that can be used on another

1996 bmw model? i have a wrecked one but? but don't want to see it go.. the engine and transmission and everything on it is good.. but just don't want to put the money into it to repair it. so i'm looking to see if i can just swap out the good parts.. i've been looking for another 740 but can't really come across anything.

just wondering if the parts can be used on a different model?
