how do i get rid of navigator?

i did not make myself clear...the navigator i was asking about appears on my computer also has magnifer and on screen keyboard. it just appeared one day under the icon easy access. no
matter what i do it keeps appearing. i found a way to uncheck under easy access, but its still there. its drivng be crazy. and on top of it all it speaks.help

Just open the passenger side door and push her out.
