 Legal uninsured accident ? I was in a accident and unfortunately at the time I was uninsured. I don't know if the person I was in the accident is aware of me being uninsured. She said at the time there was no injury, I hit her going less than 10mph now she filed for bodily injury. I don't know what I am suppost to do. I can't afford to pay some crazy medical bills. Please any advice will help.      |
