1990 Eagle Talon TSI AWD Needs cam and other misc................ DSM TUNER?

Hi i am thinking about buying a 1990 Eagle Talon TSI AWD from a freind for 250$.. 200K on the motor..

The person who he bought it from did a swap.. so im not sure if its is a 6 bolt of a 7 bolt..... But I do think it is a 4g63T

Well the car needs:
1 Cam shaft=150$
Ignition tumbler = 75$
Valve cover gasket=20$
Fuel pump= 50$

I have a dodge neon engine DOHC ( i think it is a 420A)... The cam shafts seem very similar..

Will the cam out of a 420A Fit in a 4g63T?

How Do I tell difference between 6 bolt and 7 bolt?
