"Custom Kilgore TH-400 Trans. B&M Mega shifter" - is this an auto or manual tranny?

(1st gear 4:51, 2nd gear 4:11, Final drive ratio 3:73). im looking to buy a car and found this one with the gear ratios. i know some stuff bout cars but im stumped on this one.
