HELP. Jeep spare tire removed, something to replace the hole in my tailgate?

I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK. I want to take my spare tire off, but the giant square hole from the tire bracket is very unappealing. Is there a plug or something to cover up that hole where the spare used to be?
