Question about my 1998 Subaru Legacy L wagon?

I'm just wondering a few things about my car.

When I bought it used about 2 years ago it did not have head rests in the back seat.

It was never an issue for me but now it is because I sit in the backseat with my baby when my husband drives.

And I always worry that I'll get really bad whiplash if there were ever an accident because there are no back head rests.

There are these plastic things on the back seat that look like they could be for head rests...

Does this model and year of car generally come with headrests?

Can I buy headrests for the back seat?

Also, it has keyless entry and they keyless entry will lock all doors, including the cargo door.

But it only unlocks the driver door.

It this the way it's supposed to be because we had a 98 Volvo that did that too...

Or is this a malfuction?
