Is getting a turbo timer a good idea for good turbo health on my subaru impretza?

I have recently bought an impretza, nearly new. It has very low mileage and is in spotless condition. I love to drive it, and when I can drive it the way it was designed to be driven. But I know that not allowing the oil to cool or heat up properly can result in damage to the turbo and other expensive to replace parts. Would you recommend me getting a turbo timer to give it chance to warm up or cool down before and after use?
Any advice would be great. Also, which turbo timer is good for the job?
