checking my fuel pump in my 93 crysler newyorker?

im checking to see if im getting power to my fuel pump i have a sperry DM-210 tester but i cant find my manual can any one help me on the settings .(93 newyorker turn key dont here fuel pump come on) is there a manual maybe on line PLEASE HELP need my care to get to work.
