 1999 Mercury Cougar Worth the Money? I'm looking to buy a nice running/ good looking car for under 4k.. We found a red 1999 Mercury Cougar that had a very nice exterior and interior and seemed to run well, but it had about 140,000 miles.. Would this be worth the $3,300 they are asking for it? Anyone know of frequent problems these cars have?      |
