86 nissan maxima wont start, it wont turn over but i'm getting power to the dash.?

I have a 86 nissan maxima(6 cylinder, standard) and not to long ago it wouldn't start every time you try it, and when it didn't start it wouldn't even turn over. The starter wouldn't click or anything. i replaced the starter thinking it was that, but it still won't start. i get power to the dash but the engine won't turn over. i've also been looking for a igniton diagram and it anyone knows where i can get that or can show me one please do. any questions ask and i will hopefully get back to you asap. thanks

Ok You can have en eff power for the lights, but not en eff for the starter.
Have the voltage in the battery checked for state of charge, or how much voltage is in the battery.
If it is 9.5 or lower it will not spin the battery.
