Default Peugeot 206 OVERHEATING!!!!..FAN NOT WORKING..HELP!!?

Hi,

I have a peugeot 206 which has started to overheat.
It is a V reg 1999 206 with 1.4 petrol engine 3 door.

I have noticed that the radiator fan has stopped working.
I have replaced the fan but to no avail, i have also changed the 2 fan relays and checked all connections (as is common problem with this car) but still nothing.

The fan tends to switch on and then stop immediatly.
The temp of car can reach into the red and the fan just will not kick -in.
I know the Fan, relays and connections are all ok and tested.

Any ideas?
