srt4 conversion for caliber?

hello, i am getting a 2008 caliber se 5spd tomorrow supplied by my parents.. it is a se not a srt4 ( they are not getting a srt4 for me i already tried), so i am looking up srt4 conversions..ive seen them done to neons, soo i am wondering if possible how much it would be to get a conversion for my caliber, body kit, engine swap, exaust, suspension. followed by some additional modifications like a intake and throttlebody spacer... i understand getting a srt4 would just be more simple but insurance and price would be very costly, i know the conversion wont be cheap either but it really is my only option.. if you could just throw me some number estimates or ideas that would be fantastic..thank you
